Marketing listings vs. disclosed figures
Directory listings are useful leads. They are not the same as a disclosure.
Franchise directories and brand websites often list figures like required liquid capital, net worth, or a starting investment.
Why we keep them separate
These listings are marketing material. They may be rounded, out of date, or simplified. They are not held to the same standard as a franchisor's formal disclosure.
How they appear here
Listing figures are labeled as listing data, linked to the page they came from, and reviewed by a person before anything is shown. When a listing and a disclosure disagree, the disclosure is shown as the primary figure.
A tip
If a listing number looks very different from the disclosed range, the listing is probably older or describes a different format. Ask the franchisor which one is current.
